For Atwood AC/Gas Water Heaters That Have Both 4 and 6 Position Edge Style. The UIB 64 Is designed to work in Atwood AC/Gas water heaters that have both a 4 position & 6 position "edge" style or 10 "pin" style connector. The UIB 64 can also be configured for use in older furnaces, water heaters and refrigerators that use a standard ingitor board with a 6 position edge or pin style connector by configuring jumpers on the board. This makes the board very handy for mobile service techs. The UIB 64 is a universal ignitor board specialized to work in Atwood's AC/Gas water heaters with 4 + 6 header pin or edge style connectors, or with the single 10 pin connector used in Atwood's latest models. By resetting the jumpers it can function like a UIB S ignitor board so it can be configured to replace standard DSI ignitor boards that use a single 6 position connector found in older water heaters, refrigerators and furnaces.
